Just fyi - Tsapogas resigned his license to practice law because he was on the verge of being DISBARRED.

The worst Attorney at all, RUDE and will not take the time to explain anything always preying on people who doesn't understand ENGLISH well. Another note he hung up on me when I asked him a question regarding a letter he sent to my parent. STOP PICKING ON people who doesn't understand english so call LAWYER. I should complain to the NY BAR and have his license revoke.

As a client, you should be treated with respect and have things explained to your thoroughly with no hidden agendas. Mr. Tsapogas has a horrible attitude and screams at you and will not explain anything to you. I feel as if he took advantage of my parents because they don't speak well english or understand what is going on and charged them in insane amount of money in legal fees. Filling out paper work should not cost $23,000. He's a terrible attorney and would not recommend him to anyone.
