His knowledge is bad in that everything he told us should/would happen did not, in fact the opposite happened. His Communication is bad in that he made legally binding decisions for our family WITHOUT consulting us. His Tenacity is bad in that he let the other side off by not going after them aggressively during court hearing, even leaving out things we asked him to do during hearing. His Work quality is bad in that he did not complete legal tasks we asked him to do and he missed deadlines that by default gave up legal rights for us. His value is bad in that he charged expert lawyer fees and delivered a verdict that was completely against us even though all evidence was strongly and only in our favor, then when we fired him he continued to charge us for the "services" we fired him for.
