Draws out length of time for getting work done, incurring endless monthly fees for "reviewing" work. Bills for status request. Loses clients(with Judge signature)paperwork. Now, will not return phone calls. Request for return of retainer is misdirected to wrong department. Ignores request for return of retainer. Does not return phone calls.
