Mr Ginsberg Wasn’t so much a lawyer for me as a legal predator. I was a wreck when I spoke to him he was very nice and commiserated and text me and eventually I gave him 3000.00 in mid march for a flat rate divorce. Two weeks later when I felt he might not be completely focused and seemed like he has no plan he decided that I Had to pay a second 3000.00 plus a filing fee for an additional 3400.00. For a contested divorce. Why his flat rate divorce did not include a filing fee? Why he knew it would be contested before it was filed? Nothing happened for two weeks finally after repeated calls I informed his assistant I paid a filing fee and my paperwork was finally submitted I. After 2 months he failed to provide any of the seven things he promised on his website. For that I had to find another lawyer who had to start over. He is apparently is keeping all the money though. As he charged me a flat rate. He has no bills to deduct to return the remainder. STAY AWAY!!

Many emails and phone calls went unanswered. I was commonly asked questions such as, what do you want me to do when presenting him with new evidence of arrests pertaining to my case. I felt he was not aggressive enough. if you need someone aggressive, go elsewhere.
