Our case was not financially big enough for him and it took him 7 months to decide that. Plus he wants you to do most of the gathering of critical information for him. Wasted our time ...wanted us to gift wrap the case and present it to him. His advise was to run up medical bills which after my husbands accident he lost his job and he lost his medical so that was not a option. Now we have over 10000.00 in medical bills and no job and Attorney Robert Earny dropped us. We had plenty of witnesses. And other victims of the same dangerous stairs that my husband fell down and broke his tailbone which in turn caused other serious problems. So if you don't have a million dollar case or more this lawyer is not for you
