Ms. Camacho abandoned my divorce case after she was paid 86k. I am a woman of domestic violence and abuse and trusted her uphold law and justice as an officer of the court. At the end of the trial she called me into her office and quit. She neglected to file my papers and as told to me by Justice Didomineco of the Staten Island IDV court, Ms. Camacho was required to do a 2 part dance. She only completed one part before quitting. It took my new lawyer more than 4 years and another $60k to finish my case. Ms. Camacho withheld important papers that harmed me financially. After 7 years she has filed a law suit against me stating I owe her $32k. However, she neglected to file a court money judgement order that was awarded to me for the trial I paid her for. Because the statue of limitations expired the week she filed the lawsuit I have no recourse. Retainjng anothwr arrorney to help fight this it is now costing me another 20k to defend myself against the lawyer I paid and trusted.
