I hired this attorney for a child custody case. Yes, I knew that in the state of WV when a child reaches a certain age they can choose the parent they want to live with. My concern is not that I lost, it's the fact that there was not any real fight from my attorney. The other party got away with not only lying about his income and not showing any real proof of his lack of income should I say but also getting away with an outrageous amount of child support on top of all insurances covered by myself for my daughter, all this even though I still have 2 OF THE 3 children. I went in there and told the truth about everything from my income to the lack of parenting skills from a father that really hasn't contibuted ever. I got raked through the coals and felt that my attorney didn't care nor stop it.
