I am facing her in a custody hearing and she has been exploiting the fact I am unable to afford a lawyer. She makes threats and is condescending and arrogant. She has instructed my ex wife to violate a temporary order for parenting. This gives me know the right to have daily phone contact. I had been informed my son was talking about sexual matters and possibly molestation so I tried to get some time with him to talk and I have had any luck. I feel that Kelly is possibly protecting a perpetrator at the 9 yr olds victims expense. I will give her this she is willing to do anything to win. No matter right or wrong or if a child must continue being abused.
