This is my *first* rating here. Dan charged us more than $2700 for zero work output. Not just no good results, or no results. Nothing at all. When we recovered our file, it contained absolutely no work product. No notes, no records, no research, nothing other than what we provided to him. I agree with previous reviews, as he produces nothing. And no, Mr. Schleck, I am not a former employee, but I am a vastly disgruntled former client. Dan promised to pursue a creditor for violations of statute during collections, and even promised to file for a TILA violation award for free. He did nothing, absolutely nothing. Meanwhile he skipped meetings, and pulled in other attorneys to cover for him, creating over $1500 in added expense as we struggled to bring new attorneys up to speed. Dan apparently knows only how to twist and dodge doing any work.

Horrible doesn't begin to describe the path this guy takes you down. NIGHTMARE is more accurate. He's out to milk his clients - and does nothing to protect them. Makes resolving your problem even more difficult. Dumps you on his ever-revolving team of associates and has high turn over. To clarify, he's been on his own since at least 2007.

RIP OFF. Daniel milks the clock on your dime. Be prepared to pay him a lot for little.
