Made the case personal by calling my mothers home as quote "mom's house." His exact comment, "instruction is to move forward with foreclosure of the third deed of trust on mom's house." This was after she just lost her significant other of 10+ years. There's a reason he hasn't stayed at any law firm for too long. Hire him if you want someone who hides behind emails because when I personally confronted him, I received no response.

Did not provide a retainer agreement yet sent me a huge bill for nonsense, I never agreed to retain this person, sent me insane bill for secretary phone calls, secretary charges for looking to see if a conference room was vacant, referred another attorney and billed me for a referral fee, file review fee's, all junk fees that I never ever saw a retainer agreement for, and I never was given a retainer agreement to sign, a retainer agreement was never discussed so how could i be billed?
