Charles represented my mom to draw up a will and then to make sure her desires were carried out as she was in a care center. At a family meeting with Charles present and several close concerned family members she made her desires known. Charles did not follow through to carry out the desires she had made known to him. It is sad that she expressed that she felt intimidated when she met with him alone. When he met with her alone her mind was changed on what she stated she wanted. He says he carries out the desires of those he represents but he does not. Be careful with this person!
