The "associate" Matt, either does not prepare for trial even though the price the client is given and pays at the time of hiring Mr. Medlin includes the cost to go to trial. Instead, Matt encourages client to. "Plea-out". If you are looking to plea your case this "opt-out" firm is what you are looking for.
