Mr. Faught is quite impressive as far as first impressions go. However, once I retained him, I began to see things quite differently. He really didn't seem to be very knowledgeable in the law regarding my case even though he led me to believe he was. He didn't follow up with tasks that I asked him to do, wouldn't get back with me when I left messages, but was very quick to send me a bill for his "research and administrative fees". It really seemed like he had not been working my case at all when I met with him, as I kept having to re-explain things. I would not recommend Mr. Faught at all.

Mr Faught provided very poor communication. In my opinion Mr Faught provided very poor legal advice. The cost was twice what he initially estimated.
