Communication was horrendous. Months would go by without having calls returned. My elderly grandfather was in danger of losing caregivers. Both my grandfather and my mother suffered greatly during this time and Mr. Torr couldn't be bothered to return the numerous calls that were made to his office. The one thing he was prompt with was the sending of his invoice to us.
