#1 question everyone would ask me, “Do you have a good lawyer?” How do you know? Well after being through 5 lawyers either through illness or having to move; I now have A LOT of experience with lawyers.
This is what you want;
- Experience - then they can better predict an outcome.
- Honesty, even when you don’t like what you hear – They can’t make promises, they are not the judge, if they do, run! Ms. Marshall will say, “I think it is a waste of your time and money but if you want me to pursue it, I will.” You will quickly learn that most of what you think is important, doesn’t matter to the court.
- Knowledgeable and Clever – Your lawyer needs to be ready during a hearing to accurately and astutely handle issues that arise unexpectedly.
- Ethical – the direction and outcome of people are involved, more importantly you may have children.
Ms. Sheila Marshall has superbly demonstrated all of these characteristics/behaviors and I am certain or her abilities as a first-rate
