Ms. Blacha represented me in my divorce. I was very worried at the beginning about the possibility of losing my children and not being able to support myself. Because of her abilities to fight for me in the courtroom I was able to get sole custody of my children and was able to go on with my life after the divorce.

Ms. Blacha was an incredible advocate during my case. She was tremendously knowledgeable, very prepared and always went above and beyond what was expected. She was very responsive to everything that was asked of her, she was able to really think on her feet in the courtroom and did an outstanding job for us in our case. Highly recommend her!

If it was possible to give Ms. Blacha a zero, I would. The case we hired her for was lost as soon as she opened her mouth in court. She was unprepared, unprofessional, did not represent the facts and evidence we had so pain-stakingly gathered, organized, and had ready for presentation, the opposing lawyer out-manuveured Monika and salivated at the prospect of being in the same court room as her. She is a joke, in my opinion. We were forced to pay her but she should have returned the money out of good conscience. She mis-represented dates, did not know whether she had filed a specific motion or not (she hadn't), appeared flustered and totally out of her element in the court room. Had she ever been in a court room prior to this? If so, it sure was not obvious. If winning a case is your goal, I encourage you to look elsewhere for legal counsel. If watching a boofonery spectacle pf your money being wasted, by all means, hire Ms. Blacha.
