Bob Beaty is a mediation and settlement attorney, not a trial lawyer. He will encourage you to settle regardless of the circumstances of your case, and is extremely poorly organized, drafts and files incorrect pleadings and documents with the court and prepares unsupported legal arguments, which will damage your case. I also suspect collusion with opposing counsel. We are in process of filing a state bar complaint for negligence, inadequate and inadequate counsel and a few dispute.
