What a piece of work. Nothing accomplished after $78,000 paid and he still wants another $8,000. This was a three year marriage with few assets. I would never recommend anyone using this attorney and his partner is no better than he is.

This attorney took up to 3yrs. to get me my simple divorce. He had Jason working on my case as well. I told him I did not want to pay for two attorneys and he said, I would not be charged for Jason's work. {That was a lie!!!!} I was charged double! My ex and I didn't have alot to split up. No reason at all to have taken 3yrs. and owe attorney fees of $38,000.00. The day of trial Brent told the Judge that my fees for him was $24,000.00. (my ex was to pay for half) He couldn't even be honest with the Judge!!! When I questioned him about his fee after trial, He became very nasty and made it clear that this was what he was charging.--- and yes, part was Jason's fee.----Who on earth needs two attorneys working on a divorce for three years for a simple divorce that should of only taken one day to get????? ----Run fast from this guy or he will drain you dry!!!!

EXPECTED A SHORT, SIMPLE RIDE (DIVORCE) WITH JASON LACHANCE BUT INSTEAD BRENT DROVE MY TAXI THROUGHOUT THE LEGAL COUNTRY SIDE COSTING ME $32,000 AND NOW HE WANTS TO SUE ME FOR ANOTHER $34,000. OUTRAGEOUS! ROTARIAN?

didn't listen, didn't bring up important issues in court, seemed more interested in doing income and expense information than finding an equitable solution.

This attorney tends to milk clients with cases which he has little interest in completing to the client's satisfaction. Seems much more interested in money and like to use threats, stalling tactics, and needless confrontation to extend and inflame situations which could be negotiated. Stay away from this guy. My ex-wife even came to think this lawyer took advantage of every one involved.
