Jennifer Fevrier is represented by Charles Pincus. Jennifer Fevrier was seen taking a clip board and numerous company documents out of my work vehicle without my consent. The theft was reported to the Chesapeake police department. Jennifer Fevrier advised me that she gave the clip board that I had reported stolen to Charles Pincus for him To return to me. Charles Pincus has not returned my clip board. I am Extremely upset that my very important documents are not being returned to me.

Mr Pincus has a very hard time communicating properly to his clients. He is late on almost every item discussed. He likes to snowball in court rather than debate with a good argument. I got sick of it and left.

Mr. Pincus is a great guy. He has a family of his own so he knows how important it is to fight for rights---it doesn't matter if your the mom, or the dad. Jennifer is a complete asset to his team--she is tougher than anything and doesn't take any crap from anyone. Combined they are the best lawyers out there--when finances got tough--they offered to give us a payment plan even to keep the case going till it was done. VERY SATISFIED. Anyone who faces against them will not like them, but anyone who has them on their side definately will.
