She's not doing anything for a guy that's a first time offender and he's already been in there over 4 months and she's did nothing after I gave her $2,500 she needs to give me half back so I can get someone else. I don't think she's got the back bone to say anything. Taking people's money and doing nothing..

Awesome and very kind attorney. I did not receive the service that others speak of. Rhonda always did everything in a timely manner and explained everything to me when I did not understand. She is very knowledgeable of the current laws. Her prices were very reasonable when it comes to fees of other attorneys. Seems unfair to me that people say negative things about her when she fights so hard for her clients. I recommend her to everyone!

It seems to be people who don't like to pay there bills don't like her. Lmbo I can't stand people who expect a hand out. She represented me in my divorce and has since given me advice on many occasions about custody issues. I was never over billed and my fee contract gave me everything i needed to know about how she does her fee so I looked at that constantly. I followed my bills closely to make sure I didn't go over what I could pay ( I had a tight budget and she worked with me on that) and I actually noticed many things that she did that never appeared on my bill. I did thank her over and over for that. When we appeared before the judge she held my hand the entire way which was much needed because I was a constant wreck crying all the time. I refer everyone to her and have had experiences with attorneys about other types of things she doesn't do and I will always use her over anyone else if I can.

Rhonda didn't waste any time getting started. I have never used a lawyer before Rhonda answered all my questions and was very clear. I appreciate her and all her hard work.

I hope people see these reviews and are able to do themselves a favor and CALL SOMEONE ELSE. This attorney charges hidden costs like charging $50 and some change to speak to the "secretary", then charged the same amount to return the call and leave a voicemail. Within the bill is is undisclosed as to what work is performed. Apparently when this attorney gets fired from her client due to incompetence she then hides her fees and sues her client. This is the most ethical attorney I've had the pleasure of dealing with. *sarcasm* I feel sorry for this person and anyone involved. One would hope she will become more ethical and have some morals. Charges for services that may or may not be rendered. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Rhonda is a great attorney. I would recommend her to anyone around and really appreciate the hard work she does. She always assures that her clients are satisfied and that she returns all calls and emails.

I would highly recommend Rhonda. I previously retained her for my divorce and as part of that parenting plan. I am forever thankful for her knowledge, compassion and listening ear. Her council legally as well as understanding my basic intentions places her far above the rest. When the time came.. she made sure I knew she was with me in the fight. And I'm happy to say she made sure that I got everything that I was entitled to. She never backed down and I feel always had my son and my own best interests at heart. To my amazement the day of our court hearing she literally had an agreememt in hand before she even had to go in front of the judge. It was amazing to see and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend.

Mrs. Crabtree represented me through a child custody case...She was very efficient and friendly through all of it...I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends...If your looking for good service I highly recommend Mrs. Crabtree.

Horrible!! She charged me $70 per email and didn't even mention that she was charging me. She was horrible with communication and she does nothing for her clients except over charge them for phone calls and emails. She wasn't a pleasant person at all. I had my son with me,he was almost 2 at the time, and she acted so disturbed by him she even asked me to make him be quiet. Bad lawyer, bad person period!

Ms. Crabtree is an awesome attorney...Yes she is straight foward and to the point. Her intentions are to win you case and that is what I love about her. In my opinion if you want somneone that their heart is in their job Ms. Crabtree would be that attorney.

Where is the 0 of 5? She's that bad. TERRIBLE. I should've done more research on her before hiring her. She is a crooked person. She does NOT look out for her clients. She is only out for your money. She charged me $56.25 for a phone call to let them know I was picking up my file for a new lawyer to take over and another $56.25 to ask if it was ready again. TERRIBLE!!!

She doubled billed me. Then her hired gun took me to court and garnished my social security funds (which are not to be touched) five years down the road. Be very careful with this lawyer.

She is very incompetent. Tells you things that she will do for you to reel you in but then after you pay her she does not do it. She is afraid to go against other attorneys in court. I was screwed by her and my Ex in this divorce. Seems to me she was working for him and not me. Her staff is very rude. They have terrible communication skills. She would rather drag it out for over 2 yrs. than to go to court and do the right thing. By the time she lets your case sit idle and not getting in touch with you for months your just ready to get it over with. Then when you specifically tell her what you need she goes again you in the court room having you sign something you thought was what was written up and what you agreed to only to find out it was not and nothing you can do about it. I do not recumbent her to anyone. I would run as far as I could or better yet tell your ex how great she is and let them hire her, you will win for sure.

If i had the money, id sue her. She is worse than a public affender. I had a restraining order on my ex saying she couldnt take the kids from me. It was over neglect to my kids. She went from that to 50/50 custody. I told her 3 times i didnt want that. She pretty much worked for the court. I owed her $120 for that day in court. After paying $1750. $120 turned into over $1000. The lawyer that she gave my dept to, is grown to over $2000. She never said anything about phone calls costing anything. I had to do all the investigating my self. Trust me. Spend the extra $250 and go with dora salinas. Rhonda is a crooked thief!

I am being represented by her right now and can do nothing about it I have tried my best and she has done nothing for me. I met with someone in the court room outside of the courts who claimed everyone In the court room judge include make fun of her and call her a but. I guess I'm glad im broke and didn't have to waste the money to not be represented In court. As soon as my case is settled and I loose ill be glad to put my name. But as long As it is still open why give her any reason to do a worse job. If anyone has not noticed she is the only one who gave herself good review.

I have experienced the same results as everyone else that has posted here.Very incompetent as far as communication goes there were none.Every conversation we had had i remember vividly, can't say the same for her.She had no intentions but to make money,caring none about a case.Charging $50.00 to leave a message on a bill, that took 10 seconds to leave...She must be looking to screw over everyone and have an early retirement shame on this woman. II Peter 2:3 "in their greed they will exploit you with false words"...sums it all up,a lot of talk and very very little action.Empty promises go no where

Rhonda is only out to take your money doesn't like returning calls when she does she charges you $50-$75 for a 5 min call her billing statements don't match what you agreed on when you ask she beats around the bush and she will sell you out to the other attorneys in ashland city tn

I also have to agree with the prior posts. After over a year of allowing opposing Atty to stall, not following my direction and strategy, numerous billing errors, lack of communication, wasted time & money...I fired her. Wife & I had driven over an hour on one occasion for a court date that had been cancelled the night before; as we had not been notified of cancellation. She even admitted she knew the opposing Atty tactics AND was pals with opposing Atty!! Hired another Atty and achieved EXACTLY what I was fighting for in only 3 months.

I am happy to announce that the person that posted the message has now apologized for her complaint as I have spoken with her about her posting and have been able to shed light and resolved this matter.
I strive to be easy to work with, if anyone has a complaint, I encourage you to take steps toward resolving your complaint by contacting me directly. I am always happy to talk through anything with you.

Rhonda Crabtree is a very busy attorney, too busy to focus on a particular client. She is not a go getter, she didn't produce results the way she said she would. She did not prepare this client for court. She allowed a custody case to go on for 6 months after the hearing, which delayed the appeal by 6 months. She milked me for billing hours, waited the 6 months and sent me 1 very large bill instead of monthly like she said she would. What started out as a $1500. case resulted in a $5000. custody case with terrible results. She did not stand to obect when needed in the court room. She returns phone calls late. Her secretary did not sent out copies of court documents in a timely manner. I do not recommend Rhonda to anyone with a custody issue.
