Ed Fradkin was my 4th attorney in a very complicated Non-Matrimonial special needs Child support and Life insurance Motion that was filed against me in 2013. I had 3 previous Blood sucking attorney's that did nothing but run the case around in circles for over 4 years and Bled me of over 160,000 before I was fed up enough to retain Ed upon a recommendation. My previous attorney Ed O'Donnel was surely taking the case to Trial which would have cost me another $100,000 with expert testimony and forensic accountant fees. I must say with complete honesty that Ed is a genuine gut honest Man he will be straight up with you. He had 2 court appearances and I inked a settlement deal that I was happy walking away with. He coached me through the entire matter like a Big Brother would. I cant recommend him enough Ed Fradkin could have easily taken this case to trial and made a ton of money I was in a bad state and he helped me out tremendously. He is A Good Man... Mr. Fradkin worked on my case which included custody/parenting time and child support. He was very professional in his his work ethic and communicated with me at length and assured me that I would get exactly what I was looking for. Edward Fradkin is great while he smells money. Never met a lawyer I disliked more. Makes promises that are outrageous and unable to follow through. Stay away from him. The divorce is already in "years" and no where near done.

Mr. Fradkin might have been a responsible attorney once after law school but has turned into a monster. He is the typical attorney that everyone relates to. I spent so much money with him and lined his pockets that he eventually loosened up and told me that he will never get married and his prized possession is his Phillip something or other $20,000 watch! Fradkin recently represented a well to do celebrity. Maybe his head is getting too large for his shoulders. He promised that I wouldnt have to pay for alimony which I had to and he promised I wouldnt have to pay for ex's attorney, which I had to. Only looking for that dollar when he has your retainer. In his 40's, not married, no kids, only looking for the $$$$$$. Good luck Fradkin, can't be buried with the money and can't buy your way into the pearly gates.

This attorney cares about one thing and one thing only, how much money he can make from you. He will promise you everything and deliver nothing at a very high financial cost to you. He should be disbarred for his flagrant disregard of his clients well being.

Mr. Fradkin currently represents me in my ongoing divorce. He is doing everything possible to limit my legal fees while still protecting me and getting me a good deal. He is always brutally honest with me when discussing my case and does not sugarcoat anything even if it is something I do not want to hear. He is not in any way merely a mouthpiece for his clients like other attorneys who will say and do anything that a client wants. In fact, I know that he has fired clients because of his objection to how a client behaves. My divorce is very close to settling even though we had some complicated issues concerning our children and finances. Mr. Fradkin helped me get through those issues without any motions or an excessive amount of legal fees. I have and will continue to recommend Mr. Fradkin to friends and any other person going through a divorce.

BEWARE I used Ed fradkin in Oct 2011, I was a victim of domestic violence sexually assaulted by my husband with a foreign object and beaten. My husband has been indicted and facing felony charges up to fifteen years. I sought Ed to get a final restraining order which he never got he made a deal with opposing counsel to get temporary indefinite. I never took the stand or went to trial yet he wants 3000 more. We made a motion to freeze my husbands assets I lost the motion Ed refused oral argument in my case. There has been no settlement agreement thus far . Ed never answered any emails in fact i spoke to his secretary 99% of the time. In fact I often though he felt sorry for my husband. He only emailed me to ask me for money as he blew through 10000 in months. he is unethical taking advantage of a victim and now he wants to put a lean on me. I am on disability . I went to three other lawyers to decipher some of his work and they were appalled. Do not use him he will bankrupt you.

An expensive mistake. Ed loves paperwork and tons of motions which cost me twice as much as my budget allowed and we weren't half way done. He seamed competent and knowledgeable, at first, but once he gets his retainer, he's looking for the next sale. He doesn't pay attention to detail. My name was misspelled and he missed key elements from our adversary. He doesn't cooperate with other attorneys either.In fact he is very disrespectful. Save money and go somewhere else. $400 an hour doesn't get you much these days.

Ed does not finish what he starts, he does not return calls, he overcharges kept the money from the proceeds of my home sale for two weeks and used my trust fund without permission. I eventually fired him and filed a complaint with the NJ BAR Association. I never followed through because I did not want to relive my divorce again.

I unfortunatly have had to use several attorneys over the past few years. Mr. Fradkin is by far the worst in my experience. He ran through my $5000 retainer in less than 3 months and I never even got to mediation! He promised me several things he never followed through on, he doesnt return phone calls, ignores emails and did things to run up my bill in my opinion - such as have an associate write a motion that he later told me he could not file until after I went to mediation - then why have me pay for it in the first week of your having my case? I still had mediation & arbitration to go through before we were even permitted to file a motion yet he billed me for it the very first week - disgusting! I met another woman who is also going to be suing him. There are alot of good lawyers in the world - in my opinion this is not one of them and I would save your money and find one.
