I appointed Atty. Charron my voluntary conservator for one year. I knew going in that she had mental health issues, and this quickly became apparent. Her careless bookkeeping practices caused my credit rating to nosedive from excellent to poor within months. When confronted with many instances of ethical and financial wrongdoing, she would become hysterical. And she was the 1st genuine "patholocal liar" I have EVER known...
