Through countless phone conversations, emails, and visits Keenan proved to be highly skilled, thoroughly competent, extremely kind and patient and, perhaps most important, always available to help me through the entire process. I can't recommend John and his firm highly enough. John and his team are highly experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and client-focused. They are able to address concerns in real time vs. the back and forth you experience at other firms. If you're in a position where you need employment counsel, there's no one else I'd more highly recommend you contact to ensure your personal best interests are served.

Tells you good things in the beginning to get your business but does not deliver and what he says. Screams at you if you disagree and denies what he has told you. The only goal he is out for is a settlement not presenting an facts. The settlement I got was worth the hassle I went through and he ended up getting more out of the deal.
