I waited 1-1/2 years b4 getting an attorney regarding an auto accident as I wanted to understand the my full medical ramifications b4 settling. I was rear-ended on I-90 by a driver who admited to overdriving in rainy conditions and rear-ended me at 65 to 70 mph. I suffered permanent neck and R-shoulder damage. It was pointed out upon hiring Mr. Hagg that I had 150k for underinsured motorist and I felt I would be compensated for my medical injuries, pain and suffering. After having my case for several years Mr. Hagg advised me to settle for 30K stating that my spinal injuries weren't visably apparent and that the jury was conservative and advised me to take the 30K. I didn't like the settlement and felt totally cheated and disregarded as a human being. I needed something to help with the bills as I was unable to work and grudgingly took the offer. It doesn't even cover my medical expenses! I have seen Dr.s monthly for years. Permanently disabled!! Don't hire them!
