Client had to return Motion to the court letter 3 times due to mis-spelling errors to the client name and dollar figures incorrect. Appeared to be incoherient at court. Shocked, Mr. Whitted appeared to be incoherient during court and just sat with very little inneraction. Did not follow through with promises made behind closed meetings, ex:did not put me on stand as promise.Therefore, I was unable to provide information that would have been pertenant to the case. Judge made verdict on incorrect information that Mr. Whitted could have spoke up and corrected. Once verdict was given, Mr. Whitted walked me to the door of the courthouse room and did not even come into the hallway to let me know happened. I have yet to hear from Mr.Whitted and it's been 3 weeks. I have only received a bill, in which he billed me for his time to correct the spelling errors in the Motion letter that his office made. It was shocking and we are appealing with another Attorney.
