Tony got me full custody of our children and the amount of maintenance I wanted. He also helped me to keep our home which allowed my kids to have some stability after the divorce. Highly recommend.

I agree with the other positive comments. I have Tony's cell, he responds quickly and has always kept me in the loop. He did my custody case and defended my ex's attempt for full custody of our kids and for higher child support. I ended up with what I wanted (50/50 custody). My ex works part time but Tony got child support lowered based on his argument that she could make a lot more if she wanted to. He is a great lawyer, plain and simple. My case was full of conflict and my ex lied all the way through her testimony. Tony handled it with ease and destroyed her in court. He gets it and the judge sided with his point of view. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Tony has been representing me for 3 years so far. He handled my divorce, two contempt hearings and motions to change parenting time, maintenance and child support. He is really good handling witnesses and arguing my points in front of the judge. My experience with my attorney has been incredibly positive. I have Tony’s cell phone and call and text him regularly. I talked to him one night at 10pm when my ex-husband would not return my kids and he was instrumental in ensuring my kids were in fact returned that night. His advice is helpful and there have been times when I changed my initial thinking when he laid out different scenarios or suggested a different approach (all of which helped me immensely). I trust him completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, caring, smart and wise divorce attorney.

My ex wouldn't let me see our daughter after I moved out of state unless I agreed to her ridiculous demands like forfeiting the dependency exemption when it was my turn to claim her or paying more child support than was court ordered. She wouldn't let me FaceTime or talk to my daughter and tried to sabotage our great relationship. After two years of the insanity, I hired Tony Jarrett. Best decision I ever made!!! After my ex rejected all offers at mediation, we went to a hearing in front of the Jeffco magistrate. Got everything I asked for including most of the summer, most school breaks, all weekends with Monday federal holidays and monthly visits both in Colorado and in my home state. Highly recommend Tony to anyone needing an attorney who knows his stuff!!

I had another attorney at first who didn't respond to emails or phone calls and who was passive and accomplished nothing. My co-worker suggested I call his lawyer, so I called Tony Jarrett. He called me back the same day, I hired him & never looked back. Tony got the case on track and got me a TON of time with my boys. He destroyed my ex at the hearing for not letting me see the kids and for saying negative crap about me to them. I recommend my lawyer to all men whose ex's play dirty.

I concur with my sister, Melanie. I am an attorney (PI work) and was called as a witness at her permanent orders trial. About a week before the trial, our family met with Mr. Jarrett to discuss our testimonies and possible cross-examination questions. I believe this preparation made a noticeable difference in the outcome, which was largely favorable to my sister. I have since referred two friends to Mr. Jarrett and will continue to do so based on my impression of his level of preparation and litigation skills.

Tony was an excellent attorney. He did my divorce case and he knew what he was doing in court and mediation, he handled the other attorney and knocked him off his game with objections and things he said to the witnesses. He took my calls or called me back when I needed to talk. He copied me on all the emails he sent to the other attorney which helped me know what was going on. Most importantly he got me the result I wanted. I would use him again if my ex takes me back to court.

Just finished a one year divorce case. My attorney was professional and helpful. He did a terrific job in court and got me custody of my kids and money we needed. When bills were given as exhibits to the judge, I thought the judge was going to choke. My husband's bill was 20 thousand more than my bill! My attorney fought the inflated bill and I think the judge was furious at my husband's attorney so he ordered my husband to pay half of my bill as well. Loved the results and highly recommend my attorney Tony Jarrett.

I am Danny Romero. I am real and my cousin is Tatia Romero who is also reviewing our lawyer today. I hired Tony Jarrett about 4 years ago for my custody case. I was only making $20/hour. I called 10 lawyers and they told me they needed 3-5 grand for the retainer. What a joke! If you want to check facts, call around like I did and you'll know I'm telling the truth. I then called Tony and he said he would work with me. He agreed for me to pay $300 a month and sent me bills each month showing what I paid and owed. Ya, it cost a lot to go to court, lawyers aren't cheap, but I knew that. I got a great ruling from the judge and I thank my lawyer for that. I got my final bill and paid the $300 a month until I paid off my lawyer. I had to modify my child support later and he did that too. I referred him to my cousin Tatia. She hired him and liked him and he kicked ass for her. The lady who wrote the negative stuff...I can say that's B.S. from mine and Tatia's experience.

I felt I needed to post a review after reading the person below me. I am a real client and my name is Tatia Romero. My attorney was Tony Jarrett and he did a great job. We went to mediation and my husband and I were $300 apart in our child support numbers. I asked my attorney what to do. One of the things he said is that I could pay him several thousand dollars to go to court to get a small benefit or try to work it out so I could save my money and use it on my kids. He suggested we try to work it out. We agreed to use a number that was $75 less than my number and $225 more than my husband's number. I felt like it was a fair deal and I saved thousands of dollars. My attorney was looking out for my interests and was not after my money. To the person below me, there is way more to your story and you are lying about our attorney's intentions and ability. I give a triple thumbs up to my attorney. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

My ex sent me an email with a link to this web site and a note saying "look what people are saying about your attorney." The first one was written just days after we went to court, not by me but by my ex. His grammar is a dead giveaway (he didn't graduate HS). The second one was written by my ex's live-in honey who was humiliated when she testified for him. Say what you want, but my attorney kicked you all over the courtroom. Supevised time with our kids (stop hitting women and you might get to be a dad), $900 a month in child support, 75% of my lawyer fees and sorry you get no rights to make decisions. Sounds more like you fell on the floor and broke your nose. You are so ignorant about how my attorney bills that your story, if you can follow it at all, makes about as much sense as a straight guy in a gay bar. I adore my attorney because he knows what I want and what my kids need. He kicks behind in the courtroom. He got me the best results and I recommend him to anyone.

First, I am not an employee or friend of Tony's as some other reviews mentioned. I used Tony for my divorce in 2006. He was referred to me by a friend that used him for her child custody case. I was a mess, I had no idea what to do. I left him a voicemail on a Saturday, he called me back that day!!! He assured me that we would be able to work out a payment plan, which we did. That he would help to make sure it was as free of dealing with my ex as possible, and it was. He was flat out amazing. I will never forget how professional, kind and caring he was during one of the hardest times in my life. I can never thank him enough for what he was able to accomplish with my divorce. I still talk to him on occation if I have a legal question. Thank you Tony, you helped me more than you will ever know.

Superb lawyer!!! My ex husband filed contempt on me and wanted me to pay his lawyer fees and go to jail. Keep in mind this is the same guy who was twice arrested for hitting me in front of our children. I showed up at the first hearing without a lawyer and my ex had one who threatened me and really scared me so much that I decided I had to get a lawyer. Tony said he had dealt with my ex's lawyer before and knew his style and it showed in court when we won. The judge dropped the contempt charges and ordered my ex to pay ALL of my fees!!!! My advice is to get a lawyer from the beginning. Don't wait like I did. My lawyer dominated in court and the judge followed exactly what my lawyer asked for. *****

Last month, I had a 2 day hearing that involved every aspect of my life. Kid issues, money issues, even my wife wanting me to pay all of her attorney fees. Tony represented me for almost a year and was just awesome. The things that were important to me were his giving me his cell phone so I could talk to him any time, his legal papers that he filed to help avoid my wife getting emergency custody of our kids and his kick butt approach in trial. He was five times more prepared than the other attorney and the judge's orders were slanted in my favor. How many dads walk away with 50-50 custody of young kids? I did. It wasn't about the money for me. It was about time with my kids and dealing with my ex's gold-digging. I recommend my lawyer to anyone who reads this. He got me exactly what I wanted and more. My sincere thanks!

I have read Tony can be hard to get a hold of and that sometimes was the case and sometimes he called all of the time. However, I hired a lawyer to handle the issues and that is exactly what he did. He knew the law and upheld his ethics. In a court room he completely dominated and in my opinion that is where it counts! I felt that he did not waste my time and cut to the chase about what he did not think was in my best interest. He gave his opinion where I have had other more expensive lawyers ask you what you think so they can go back and forth and charge you more. I again think Tony is respected in the court room and that is where it matters. He didn't play games with opposing counsel no matter how often they tried. We settled and got a very fair settlement, and because he was so confident about going to trial, I know that is one of the reasons they settled. He is a lawyer truly on your side.

He is a bad lawyer. He puts quantity before quality every time. I have been involved with his law firm for several months and cannot get a phone call or email back in a timely manner. He was to busy to show up for a court date scheduled and sent a para to do his work. Than the case got drug out for months because his greed would not allow him to turn the case over to someone who had time to handle the issues at hand. KEEP LOOKING FO A BETTER CHOICE OF LAWYERS.

He's represented me for three years through my divorce and then back to modify things and for contempt hearings. A terrific lawyer who is very good in court and very attentive to my needs. A+++++ rating. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
