I called Mr. Barens to arrange child visitation as instructed by the deputy who was taking my report on his client's TRO violation. Barens was recorded yelling at me, denying HIS OWN client from seeing our son, and then quickly hanging up on me. He used the angle of father alienation in court until I pointed out the above in an email to him. Then he switched to the "unknown whereabouts" angle which was noted on papers served to me at my home. The poor delivery guy not wanting to be an accessory to Barens breaking the law let me photo copy his badge and signed it apologizing for what he called "really messed up". My house was then broken into while his client still had a TRO and the next day Baren's Law Off presented pictures of the inside of my home dated on the break-in day. I have text messages from his paralegal harassing me, saying that "if you don't like it then you should get a lawyer" and ending them with a happy face. That was only the first 4 months, going on year 2 now..
