David’s Perry represented me and did a very bad job. She was meek, ineffective and untrustworthy. I wish I would have chosen a different lawyer to represent me. She received a large portion of my settlement and is too weak to actually try a case. Don’t be fooled by her and her public relations. She is horrible. Go elsewhere with your litigation.

I was represented by Davida Perry in my employment discrimination. She charged me a good percent of the settlement I received and settled my case because she was too lazy and incompetent to represent me. She is a weak lawyer, poor orator, does not forcefully represent her clients and is indiscrete. She was more interested in my secrets which I foolishly revealed to her. Her representation ruined my life. Noone will hire me. The meager settlement I received will not compensate me for a lifetime of job hunting and embarassment. Noone tells you that when you sue an employer word gets around and noone will hire you ever again!

I was a client of Davida Perry’s and found her work to be terrible and substandard. My judge was not impressed with her. She settled my case for much less than it was worth. Davida did a very very poor job on my very very good employment discrimination case that was worth a tremendous amount. She did not advocate for me. I would not recommend her to anyone who has a legitimate employment discrimination claim. There are many other better employment attorneys out there who are patient, caring and will fight for the money you deserve.
