Lynne is at Reichert Wenner P.A in St. Cloud. If you are looking for a divorce attorney I highly recommend you look elsewhere. I am surprised there hasn’t been complaints to the bar yet about her ethics and dishonesty. If you are struggling through a divorce, fighting for your children I suggest you do not use Lynne. She does not follow through, was not knowledgeable when confronted by opposing attorney, forgets what she says/what’s going on with your case, drives costs way up including unnecessary charges, leaving you feeling like she’s fighting against you. At the end all you have left is a huge bill with her and a therapist bill for all the damage she created in your life. It was Definitely a horrible experience for me, my hope is that not another person has to go through what I endured with Lynne. If you use her be sure to keep a journal of everything, you won’t regret it. I know going through a divorce is not easy, but stay strong and hold Lynne accountable.

States she will do something and does not follow through. Spent so much time repeating information she "forgot" and simply does not do what she says she will do. She charges for ANYTHING. She overbills and did not work towards resolution. Horrible skills towards resolution, only keeps couples fighting and does not resolve issues, which creates more billable hours. Do not hire for your divorce case.

Charges outrageous amounts and doesn’t follow through. She will continue to drive up costs and get nowhere. I ended up having to get a new attorney and thousand in debt because of her. It will take me years to come out of the mess she left me in.

I WOULD NOT recommend Lynne she will charge you and do nothing. She will say she's going to do things yet never gets it done. She doesn't get back to you unless she wants more money. Many errors were made in my divorce she put me further back then when I started with her. I question her ethics and ability to actually do her job. She was certainly not working for me yet charged me high fees. I had a meeting with her at one point during my divorce and she never showed up at the office so I had to reschedule. When she did call me back she couldn't even remember what was going on with my case I spent most of my time giving her a run down of what had gone on. Over the course of the year I have talked to others who have used her and ended up having to find a new attorney because they to had the same issues. Lynne may have been good long ago, but I certainly WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO HER.

Terrible communicator. Does not meet deadlines but makes sure to bill you for anything and everything. If you are looking for a lawyer that will ignore your questions and concerns for weeks and then send you a bill for doing no work, Lynne would be a great choice.

She drags things out to drive up fees. She is only able to deal with simple cases. Anything complex is beyond her grasp and capability. She is pleasant to talk to and interact with, but there are much better options available as far as attorneys go.

Drags everything out. It's only about collecting exorbitant attorney fees. Gets nothing done on time.
