not aggressive,lacks "edge". Won't follow client instructions. Milks cases and slows them down .Deceptive. Poor preparation of witnesses.Overall poor planning. fearful of adversary, easily intimidated. Sucks up to opposing counsel; he is seen as weak. Advertises as "aggressive trial attorney". This is not true. Better advertisement "Aging attorney who has lost edge seeks cases he can milk as long as he doesn't have to prepare for and win trial in rapid fashion.
