He trashed my Condo in Mason while I was renting to him and I took him to court and won but he never showed up and he owes me over $10,000 with damage and back rent of 5 months.

In 2010 K. garrison was recommended by Pro Seniors to my then 83 year old cousin for bankruptcy proceedings. He charged her approximately $1900.00 dollars (all she had) and said she would have to appear in court in about a month...that didn't happen, and still has not happened. Her attempts to reach him go to voice mail and calls are never returned. It is now January 2014 and nothing has been done.

I filed for bankruptcy in 2010 and it was not finished until 2012!! He was paid in full the night I met with him to file!!! He then offered to file my mothers estate through probate for nothing since I had nothing but trouble over the bankruptcy. Then, he decided he wanted 900.00 after that! That was April of this year. Now, cell phone is disconnected, VM at office is full and no response to my emails!!!! Ready to file complaint with the bar!!!!

It took 26 months to finalize my mother's estate for one item. And, I had to file the final accounting on my own to meet the extension of time granted by the court. Probate Court had summoned me due to length of time passing. Mr. Garrison was to appear with me,he did not show up or even let me know he wasn't coming. I feel that my case was not important to him as evidenced by timeline and terrible communication.
