After reviewing my case, knowing the situation, he still charged me $250 for a consultation. He knew from the beginning that he can't help me. So why waste my time and take my money. So many great reviews but totally UNTRUE. If he doesn't handle cases like mine, should have straight up told me "Sorry, can't help you" instead of keeping me through a 45min consultation (which should have been atleast an hour) and at the very end finally said, "There is nothing I can do". This could have been over and done with in 5 min and could have waived the fee. WHAT A JOKE!

This lawyer took advantage of a poor family of Jamaican origin to collect a fee disproportionate to the amount of time spent and the quality of results achieved. He sued to collect fees, and his collection lawyer referred to Mr. Pollock's former client as a "miscreant." Mr. Pollock presents himself as a highly-rated lawyer to secure corporate business. When it comes to the most needy clients, he is a predator.
