I don't have any experience with David McArtor, but he is in practice with another attorney. My review is for the other attorney. He and the judge were clearly in cahoots, because he ordered a hair follicle drug test that wasn't permissable in court (which was decided in a Superior Court case in 2005)and the judge didn't object to him asking for said illegal drug test. He also bullies people on the stand. Being a victim of thinning hair, I wore a wig to court because of the embarrassment of my condition. During examination, he asked a bunch of relevant questions and then asked me if I was wearing a wig that day, humiliating me. Based on other reviews and my experience, my opinion of this law firm is that they don't abide by rules or code of ethics, they take advantage of people who don't have a lawyer, and they bully people. I will be reporting the other lawyer to the Bar Association.

David handled my case for four years. He was a fantastic litigater in court room and I was very happy he was not the opposing attorney. He showed me both compassion and respect in a very difficult time. Eye of the tiger!

David handled my divorce case. And after 25 years of marriage I gave up nothing but the child support. The Ex was a gold digger and David worked it so she didnt get nothing. I kicked her out, took the house and 401K. All Money well spent

I have been back to court six times in eight years and have used David maybe four times.I am now finishing law school and recently hired him for a case.This time he informed me my case was settled when I paid him a flat fee. He didn't get my case settled instead he had it transferred to another open case in my custody battle.Years ago I almost reported him to the ethics board in Ohio because he fired me as a client, without cause or permission from the court, which is against the rules in Ohio.Kelly forgot to tell him that I had refused a proposal from the other side and cancelled a meeting. He went off like a school girl. When I told him what happened and Kelly verified it, he called me and tried to use his used car salesmen bit.This last time he broke several rules and I am reporting him.I found out from a court investigator for Medina today that David has been warned about what he did to me several times.
