When in for bankruptcy. Paid the fee only to be told months later that the paralegal handling my case no longer works there and she quoted me the wrong fee and I owe more money! They refuse my calls and kept my money. I have since filed a complaint with the board Thanks

His firm, Jensen Bagnato, took a substantial retainer in order for him and his partner, Christopher Bagnato, to help with a looming and very time-sensitive immigration issue. Once they had the retainer fee in hand, they became very difficult to get a hold of despite the deadlines. About a week later, new and more pressing circumstances of the case came to light and the issue required a more competent and responsive firm. After switching firms, Jensen Bagnato refused to pay back the retainer saying that the firm's policy is to hold off refunds until after 30 days have passed. 30 days later, they say they don't have the money. They literally did ZERO work on the case and took THOUSANDS of dollars for the effort.

Erik Jensen is an outstanding, competent, and knowledgeable attorney. At the last minute, I decided I needed an attorney and found his website online. I called him from South Carolina on a Thursday and he graciously changed his schedule to meet with me on Friday morning and to represent me Friday afternoon. Mr. Jensen was well prepared for my legal meeting in spite of having less than 24 hours to prepare. When I met with Mr. Jensen, he extended the free consultation time without charging excessive fees. Mr. Jensen was upfront and straight forward. During the legal meeting he was poised and assertive without being aggressive. I will forever be grateful to the kindness and empathy he showed me during this difficult time. I recommend him without reservation whatsoever to anyone needing legal representation.

This attorney milked my company out of $24,000. Totally incompetent. Never showed up for court. Allowed his protégé, Attorney Christopher Bagnato to cover the case. Mr. Bagnato is incompetent and not at all bright. Jensen claims that he has a masters in law. Mr. Jensen should be disbarred. The opponents attorney was more competent then this guy. Attorney Jensen was paid thousands of dollars. He guarantee that we would win our case because he had stated that his staff had located caselaw. We were humilitated in court. Stay away from Erik Jensen and Christopher Bagnato. The absolute worst.

I used him because he was the only lawyer I could afford. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to lawyers. I used him for a bankruptcy and child custody situation. He filed the bankruptcy to somebody else with the same name who had a different ss number and address. I had to actually file bankruptcy twice because of him. The child custody judge had to constantly educate him on how to file a motion and what paperwork he was able to file. My ex's lawyer completely embarrassed him in court and said he was incompetent and recommended I 'find a real lawyer' to represent me. Worst Lawyer Ever!

Took our money, never showed up for court so we would sit in the courtroom for hours not knowing what was going on, and when we would call the office to see if he was coming they would say oh yea he just got held up hes on his way now but never showed. When we called to try to get our money back to hire another lawyer they cursed at my fiance and called him a 'crackhead', and hung up on him and when i called he was very rude and talked to me as if i was a stupid child telling me to 'put my listening ears on' and 'listen lady', when i told him i have a name and its not lady he said 'yes your right your not a lady' and hung up on me. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. It will be a waste of your time. The next lawyer I get I am absolutely going to look on this website to see the reviews on him/her. Just wish we had done it first, cause it cost us 750 dollars and we still have to hire another lawyer. Terrible terrible ethics.

A very poor and unethical pathetic excuse for a lawyer. Too many areas of law practiced to be competent at any of them, He took thousands of dollars upfront from me, gave me downright wrong and invalid legal advice, tried to "milk" my case so more fees could be billed. I walked away and got another attorney, stay away from this guy.
