Told me that he was a family laywer and knew about complex immigration problems. Did not! Was only interested in the money and told me to go across the border to renew my work visa because I needed to pay him. Without that he could not work on my case. Mind you he said that I would have no problem as the courts gave me custody and I should take my kids since there was no one who would or could take them. (restraining order for abuse against father so that was a no go). So guess what, they (US Immigration) would not renew my visa because my physically abusive child father stole my documents. So I got stuck. Could not get back. Lost custody, my house and my job cause of him. He had no idea what they hell he was doing. STAY AWAY! Finally spoke to a real immigration and family lawyer after the mess he made. He laughed, said that they knew Melville and not in a goog way. If you want wills or estates though, call him. For the important stuff just choose ANYONE else.RUN AWAY!!!! FAST!!!
