I have worked with Attorney Bonacci on numerous occassions. She is at least ten steps ahead of opposing counsel when it comes to strategy, negotiations and overall knowledge of the law. She is the best I have ever worked with and I have been in the business for over 20 years. She is tireless, can and has worked around the clock when needed and is always accessable. JoAnne has the ability and the personality to get opposing counsel and/or co-counsel to work towards her clients agenda. I have been with her in depositions, mediations, settlement conferences and trial and I don't know of anyone else I would want to protect my interest. She is the best of the best.

My company operates as a specialty trade contractor in NYC. We hired Atty Bonacci to help get payment from a public owner who I will not name here, but they owed serious money to our outfit and many other trades on the same job. Ms Bonacci delivered top drawer legal svcs at reasble cost, and got us the result we were hoping for. A great atty that delivers for her clients. Knows the law like nobody's business, is well versed in construction, and is not afraid to go up against the biggest firms out there. (And has beaten them! Including for my own comp.) I guarantee she will not rest until yr case is resolved. If you want a real pit bull that will fight for yr rights, look no further. Highly recommended for any GC or trade up against a tight-fisted owner, or dealing w/ constr. defect claims.

Joanne is an excellent attorney. I can't think of anyone who is more devoted to her profession and clients. She will NEVER be outworked or outsmarted. Joanne is an excellent writer and communicator, 2 necessary skills that a litigator must have. I highly recommend Joanne and her law firm. The quality of her work is simply astounding.
