My experience with Ms. Valentine was defined by her poor communication skills and lackadaisical follow through. Examples of these issues include: 1. Below average response time from phone message/email request was three weeks (frustratingly unacceptable). 2. Disorganized and shoddy preparation. 3. I found her to be outclassed by her rival attorney both in skill and effectiveness. Ms. Valentine has an adequate knowledge base and approachable personality, but since she maintains such a heavy case load, it is not fully capitalized upon. I found her services and production to be well below average and would not recommend her to any prospective clients.
