I had a legal issue which this lawyer's son was representing me for. I was not informed that this issue went to mediation before this occurred and only found out about it AFTER this occurred and that I owed 1,200 which was the outcome of the mediation. I was informed by several other attorneys I have a good case for legal malpractice, but of course I was unable to find an attorney to represent me. This attorney is also a friend of the attorney who was suing me and indicated that he was "not interested in going after" the other attorney, even though I had proof that there were illegal actions occurring by the other party.
