My son retained him & paid him in full. He was never sent any paperwork relating to his case, did not want me (his mother) to join the meeting & listen what was going on, was short & rude not realizing we hired him. When we fired him for the items listed above & asked for our money back since he had not done any work on the case, he kept 1/2 of our money & still refused to send us the papers in his file. We spoke to other attorneys who stated if their client was unhappy they would provide a full refund. We have filed a complaint with the SC Lawyers Discipline Dept. I hope nobody else has to go through this. He has a job due to having clients. If he doesn’t want a case he shouldn’t take it rather than treating people badly.

Great outcome of my son's case. He was able to get all charges dropped. He's a tell it like it is kind of guy with a lot of experience. Probably not for folks who need a lot of hand holding. He's apparently effective and totally on your side.

This lawyer charged us a ridiculous amount of money and did not absolutely nothing on the case I hired him for. He would not respond to repeated phone calls regarding the status of the case. I myself ultimately managed to get the case dismissed by speaking to the prosecutor MYSELF. When the charge was dismissed they notified his office. After ignoring numerous requests about what we needed to do about going to court and etc he finally responded with "Oh I forgot to tell you. The case was dismissed MONTHS ago. He also made payment arrangements for services he did not keep. He is a COMPLETE sham and he is the reason why so many people hate lawyers!
