Terrible at communication. Frequently late and even the Judge got annoyed with so many continuances. He makes some exaggerated statements which can be embarrassing and overruled in some instances. Tenacity may be good, but in the long run, the children suffer. Probably should be reviewed by the Ethics Board.

May show up late to some hearings but he's always right on time. Very reasonable rates, very knowledgeable about the system.

Phillip Michael Andre is NEVER on time to court preceding's and is embarrassing and disrespectful when his client is on time and he is not. Always excuses he was traveling from another hearing he had before yours. He seemingly takes on too many cases than he can balance, and is more focused on money gouging than he is focused on his clients needs. Always dependent on the opposing parties attorney to do the work and in the result too many errors injuring his clients, never carries around a laptop with him to do his own work. Never returns phone calls within 24-hours and will only return them before your hearing. Doesn't prep you before a Trial. Never receive invoices to show what is being billed, and never receive any credit of any unused monies to show his honest commitments and work.

Always behind, can never keep up, chasing cases all over the state from divorce - criminal, experience has taught me with an attorney you want a professional attorney suitable to 1 matter not whatever they can get paid for.
I lost my job due to Covid April 2020, PMA told me on more than one occasion he had submit a motion to modify child support and never did, meanwhile while I am picking up odd jobs and paying whatever child support I can with all of my reoccurring bills, only to find out never submitted the motion, as well as all other objectives due, not limited to additionally making sure I was aware of certain parenting classes, etc and making me look worthless going back to court empty handed, the other attorneys, GAL and new attorney was never able to get ahold of him just the same as I wasn’t. Mr. Andre fought hard helping us win and keep custody of our son, even against the ill-guided recommendation of a guardian ad litem who had only the biological mother's interest at heart, not our son's. Mr. Andre represented us from 2003 to 2010. It was a highly contested suit involving parental alienation, child abuse, and exposure to a revolving door of indiscretion. Mr. Andre was calculated and always considered what was best for our son. He was always quite personable. Definitely the best of any of the 10+ attorneys we used in 19 years of 3 different custody battles, and the least expensive and money grubbing too. In fact, NO money grubbing AT ALL with him. Most ethical for sure. Wish we could've taken him to Texas with us.

Mr Andre lies about everything he chooses to not show up and not return calls to his clients and when its time to be in court he always has excuses and tells his client he will handle everything.

Expensive and makes claims to clients that are unrealistic. Nice personality but makes alot of big mistakes, which was embarrassing in court. The other attorney and his client laughed at us!

My experience with Mr. Andre was a good experience. I called him with with a pressing legal problem that needed immediate action and Mr. Andre handled the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. I have recommended him to friends and family.

He is like that kid in high school that makes a 100 on the test but does not do any daily work. That kid still failed the class. That example is the same as mr. Andre. He is desent in court but never calls you and predicts out comes that never happen
