WE AGREED ON A FLAT FEE AND HE CHARGED ME MORE AND WAS ASKED SEVERAL TIMES DURING PROCESS IF WOULD BE CHARGED ANY MORE AND HE SAID NO AND SO DID HIS STAFF.
