Very poor communication skills. Emails and phone calls would go unreturned by both him and his staff. It would always be blamed on someone was out, new employee, or they didn't see it. I provided several documents to be used in my case and they weren't used. He acted like he would fight for me in court, but when it came down to it, he didn't even speak up. I was embarrassed.

I found Mr. Flowers and his staff to be very competent. They were very professional in handling my case. They made you feel like YOU mattered. They resolved my issues in a timely manner. I would and have recommend them to anyone.

HORRIBLE. No communication, no results, no explanations, no NOTHING! Got more info online and calling other attorneys' secretaries asking over the phone and they didn't even charge me. I can't say enough bad about this attorney. Incompetent, insensitive, a CROOK
