Francis J. Battersby handled both the estate of my parents and the sale of their house. He was knowledge, professional and gracious. He did an outstanding job with some very complicated matters. He has my highest respect and endorsement.

I personally found him to have a nice personality, but legally I felt 100 % disappointed in doing a simple buy and sell . He has a tendency to minimize everything yet many errors and miscommunications occurred without accepting any responsibility. We had solar panels that we would assumed ownership and after a month he is passing the buck once again the close was a nightmare. Included in my closing packet were my sellers social security numbers on 2 forms I advised him not even a response. 2 weeks after close I was called for another 2500 for title so I could get deed and title. Still awaiting originals of previous house paperwork. I could go on and on., but I don’t want to relive the aggravation he caused and the joy we were robbed in our moving. He knows I am fragile losing 2 children and he still was so short. Not what I needed or expected. Sorry Frank but if I could do it over again I would with someone else

We used Frank for 3 home closings a divorce and legal advice on several issues. He was very informative, supportive, and addressed our needs promptly and professionally. His services are very fairly priced. He is the only lawyer we would ever consider using.

If you are thinking of using Frank Battersby for a real estate transaction think twice. He is condescending, does not communicate with you and treats you terribly. He tells you what you want to hear and does not follow through or return your calls. When and if he does return a call he makes you feel like he is doing you a big favor.
