My wife and I were looking to purchase a small family owned restaurant in central Jersey. Mr. Patel had helped us review the purchasing contract and the leasing contract with the landlord. He also helped us files for an LLC. Mr. Patel clearly explained several hidden motives in the contracts and made us be aware of the risks that we were taking in going into the business. We were able to use Mr. Patel's professional recommendations and use them in our negotiation with the seller. I highly recommend Mr. Patel.

Horrible lawyer to deal with. For first call and first time to get his first payment, he does talk and explain things but once he has his check in his hand, he will never talk to you till the day of closing. Horrible staff as well. They are not organizing at all. On the closing day on the table they did find a 250K payment mistakes in their document and closing was postponed for 2 weeks. He charged extra for his mistake by making excuse that other party did not provide enough info prior to closing. Total rip off and very unprofessional attitude when we talk politely to help us out. Staff is not helping client and they are unhappy from lawyer as well but they have to keep their job to get paid. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyway. Save your time and money
