Although, I feel that Mr. Renda is a genuinely nice man, I don’t feel that he was aggressive enough, for my case. Especially in court, I think he appeared to be very nervous and uncomfortable in front of a very confident (to the point of being cocky) opposing attorney. He even allowed the opposing attorney’s little sidekick assistant, to make negative comments about me, in front of me. They were trying to intimidate me, but in fact I think they intimidated Mr. Renda more. Because of that, I felt I was forced to settle in my case. He never gave me the impression that he thought he could do better or that he was willing to try. Arbitration, had suggested an award much higher than what I received in the end. I feel that the man who injured me had better representation and as such got away with being an out right criminal. I received a lifetime of pain and suffering. On a positive note, first impressions lead me to believe that his partner is a much more aggressive individual.
