After using Sterling on an important matter, I swore that I would warn others - seek legal advice elsewhere. While Sterling is fairly knowledgeable (and had some innovative ideas on how to get a settlement), his work ethic and communication make him impossible to deal with. He never ONCE met me or called me or kept his word on having a task completed when he said he would. He must've had something more important going on than me in every instance. Also, are you ready and prepared to edit your lawyer's documents? Believe it or not, I had to correct Sterling's grammar and spelling on documents before they were sent "to the other side". Unbelievable, but true. Please consider the above before you hire Sterling. You now cannot say you weren't warned.
