Susan Rossi Cook should not be involved with any issues related to child custody or in any position of authority around parenting issues. If court ordered as a PC ask for a change immediately. Document everything if you're forced to deal with her, keep notes of interactions and communicate via email only as she will say one thing and do another. Keep detailed documentation because you will need it for verification. She will use the "bait and switch" which resulted in thousands of dollars to rectify. Please read all her reviews. Stay away.

Terrible! This woman has no business being in any position of authority when it comes to child custody. Got stuck with her and spent tens of thousands of dollars unnecessarily to correct the damage she caused. Steer clear!

Susan Rossi Cook goes the extra mile for her clients. I worked with her for many years and can tell you that she understands how to get to a fair and reasonable solution between the parties. She also understand the challenges of co-parenting. In addition to her knowledge of the law, she has the emotional intelligence to work with people who are not at their best during a divorce or custody battle and get results that matter for the kids. Arrogant, over-billing, ignorant and life decimating person to have as your lawyer. She could never submit court paperwork on time resulting in substantial fines and fees. She jumped ship when the going got tough.

Terrible. This woman has no business being involved in anything pertaining to child custody. She inflamed an already horrible situation, constantly overstepped her the terms of her appointment as parent coordinator and basically a day before court presented findings that would have changed the custody agreement, all because I challenged her. She put our extended family through months of agony. Do NOT let what happened to us happen to you.

I have no idea how other people can possibly find anything bad to say about Susan. She is knowledgeble, available, caught quite a few things I would have never noticed. She is worth every penny I am paying her. She is well respected, that is obvious, in court. I think the bad reviews had ugly divorces and cant move forward. I can assure you my ex-husband wanted to know where I found her because she was crushing his 2 Boston Attorney's. I have and will continue to recommend Susan forever. The only thing better would for her to become a judge.

Never again will I hire a referred Lawyer with out doing my home work. This was a bad experience from the start. If you like being over billed, an having your questions answer 2-4 weeks later . Then Susan Rossi Cooks your lawyer.. I should have Filed a case with The MBA. Everything that you need to file a case against bad lawyers is there. Susan Rossi Cook fits all the criteria need to file a proper grievance With the MBA..

Warning! Beware! She is nice at first to reel you in, then goes in the other direction once she has you. Get another lawyer. I poured my heart to her and in the end she stuck me in the back. :(
