Mr. Davila represented my son, lost his motions, called few witnesses, did no medical or mental health evaluation, admitted in court that my son did the crime. He requested no information from the family. He was active in attempting to get charges reduced, but my son has been in prison for the 5 years, facing two life sentences. Mr. Davila was appointed by the courts.
