Another lazy, incompetent lawyer with a lazy, incompetent assistant. Mr. Anderson was hired to represent me on the sale of my home. It took his office close to a month to get back to me after my initial contact. That should have been a huge red flag. Then, lazy assistant was supposed to notify the buyer of unforeseen delays regarding the sale but she never got around to it and the buyer got fed up and canceled the sale because on top of getting no information from lazy assistant, Mr. Anderson also majorly screwed up. He knew there were problems with the title but waited until 3 days before the closing to do a title search. Steer clear.
