Art Smith looks out for himself more than the client. He is interested in the money and used up the retainer I gave him when the legal issue could have been solved in half the time.

He misrepresented himself to his client and did not perform his duties to represent his paying client but instead played along with almost everything the opposing attorney suggested--his lack of actions are too numerous to list. Just do not let it happen to you if you care about your case winning in court--he will not fight for your cause. He has totally forgotten about the rights he swore to protect many, many years ago when he was sworn in by the state of Louisiana.
